Short answer
"Fake Omega 215" points to a replica of the Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M, reference 215.30.44.21.01.001. The genuine watch has a 43.5 mm steel case, a ceramic dial, caliber 8900, and a Master Chronometer certificate issued through METAS.
